Support UGS Consulting's federal, state, and local government client engagements spanning workforce strategy, compliance frameworks, operational alignment, and program performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Deliver workforce and operational consulting services to government clients
Navigate government compliance frameworks, procurement standards, and contracting requirements
Support proposal development, SOW creation, and government client deliverable reporting
Facilitate workforce planning and succession sessions with public sector leadership
Document all engagement outputs in compliance with government contract standards

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting or operational experience in government or public sector
Familiarity with federal procurement, FAR/DFAR, and government compliance requirements
Active security clearance preferred but not required
Strong technical writing and government deliverable documentation skills
Experience with workforce planning in unionized or highly regulated environments
