Design and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching experiences for managers and executives across UGS Consulting client organizations. Engagements range from front-line manager cohorts to C-suite effectiveness programs.

Responsibilities

Facilitate leadership workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and executive offsites
Design custom leadership curriculum, competency frameworks, and development experiences
Coach managers and senior leaders on performance, communication, and accountability
Assess leadership capability gaps and develop targeted learning interventions
Collaborate with the UGS team to align programming to each client's strategy and culture

Qualifications

5+ years in leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational learning
ICF coaching certification or equivalent preferred
Strong facilitation skills with senior and executive audiences
Experience delivering programs in government, healthcare, or corporate environments
Ability to design and deliver both in-person and virtual programs
