Responsibilities
- Assess client technology landscapes and identify AI, automation, and systems improvement opportunities
- Develop technology roadmaps and phased implementation plans aligned to operational goals
- Support vendor evaluation, system integration planning, and technology adoption change management
- Design AI-enabled workflow automation and process improvement solutions
- Train client teams on new platforms and digital tools; build internal technology capability
Qualifications
- 4+ years in technology consulting, enterprise systems, or digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and enterprise software ecosystems
- Experience managing change associated with technology adoption in complex organizations
- Ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical executive audiences
- Familiarity with government and healthcare technology compliance standards preferred
