Provide one-on-one and small-group executive coaching to senior leaders, directors, and C-suite executives at UGS Consulting client organizations as part of broader leadership development engagements.

Responsibilities

Deliver individual executive coaching engagements across 6–12 month programs
Facilitate 360-degree feedback debriefs and individualized leadership development planning
Partner with client HR and OD teams to align coaching to organizational goals
Track and report coaching progress and observable leadership behavior change
Contribute to broader leadership program design and facilitation as needed

Qualifications

ICF PCC or MCC certification required
7+ years coaching senior leaders in corporate, government, or healthcare settings
Strong assessment debriefing and feedback facilitation skills
Experience with psychometric tools (Hogan, DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, or equivalent)
Demonstrated commitment to coaching ethics and confidentiality standards
