Responsibilities
- Design instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences for diverse audiences
- Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and e-learning modules
- Partner with the consulting team to align learning solutions to client business goals
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent)
- Manage content development timelines and ensure deliverable quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years in instructional design or learning and development
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent)
- Strong writing and visual communication skills
- Ability to translate complex content into engaging, accessible learning experiences
- Portfolio of learning design work samples required
